Is parking available? What about car-share?
On-site parking is available contact the leasing team for current availability and rates. Columbia Plaza also has Zipcar and Enterprise CarShare on the premises, and with the Foggy Bottom Metro three blocks away, many students live car-free.
What features do the apartments include?
Many homes feature open layouts, parquet or wood-style plank flooring, generous walk-in closets, and floor-to-ceiling windows, and select apartments include private patios or balconies. Specific features vary by tower and floor plan.
Can roommates lease together? Are co-signers or guarantors accepted?
Yes the 2- and 3-bedroom floor plans are well suited to roommates, and the leasing team can explain how roommate leases are structured. Guarantor or co-signer arrangements, common for students and international applicants, may be available; contact the leasing office for current requirements and documentation.
Does Columbia Plaza allow pets?
Columbia Plaza is not a pet-friendly community and does not accept pets. In accordance with the Fair Housing Act, we do accommodate assistance animals including service animals and emotional support animals for residents with a disability-related need, as these are not considered pets. If you need an assistance animal as a reasonable accommodation, please contact our leasing team, who can walk you through the request and any supporting documentation.
